President Trump said in an interview with Breitbart that he has the support of the police, military and “Bikers for Trump” and warns that “it would be very bad” if they had to become violent against his opponents.
President Trump issued what some see as a warning, others see it as a signal to his supporters, saying the people who support him could get “tough” on his political enemies at a “certain point.”
“You know, the left plays a tougher game, it’s very funny,” the president told Breitbart. “I actually think that the people on the right are tougher, but they don’t play it tougher. Okay? I can tell you I have the support of the police, the support of the military, the support of the Bikers for Trump–I have the tough people, but they don’t play it tough, until they go to a certain point, and then it would be very bad, very bad.” president Trump said in the interview.
Trump has repeatedly warned that his supporters inside and outside the state security forces could unleash violence on his political opponents.
